History

Established in 2008.

Our business came about as a result of the housing market collapse that began in 2007.

We have been involved in Real Estate in one form or another since 1998. From Stone Masonry, General Contracting to building Custom Speculative Homes here in the valley we have been involved in every aspect of a homes construction.

After the market collapsed and there was no longer any projects to engage in, we decided to take our extensive knowledge and shift towards helping people make an informed and educated choice in their home purchase or sale.  

Our experience in Contract Knowledge, Negotiations, Construction and Speculative Home Building Valuations as well as the Current Housing Market, has been invaluable in enabling our clients to get the absolute most for every dollar, whether they are selling, or purchasing a home.

Working hard and playing hard. We both enjoy staying fit which includes going to the gym, playing Ultimate Frisbee, Spin Classes, Basketball, Hiking, Biking, pretty much anything active. 
We bring the same enthusiasm to our work ethic. We always go all the way for our clients and truly enjoy finding the perfect property and negotiating the best deal for all parties involved.

In our down time we enjoy relaxing with our two four legged children Charlie and Finnigan our two male cats who think they are dogs.  They are pretty much the main characters in our lives.
